How tangled are your processes?

Productivity Improvements or Processes in a Tangle?

There are trials being conducted for working 4 days a week, and still being paid for 5. How this will pan out in the end is yet to see. However, all managers will be concerned with the level of productivity, and meeting customer service satisfaction.

Clearly where customer service is a key feature of the operations this will be difficult to achieve, customers still want answers even if you’re not there on Fridays*. For many businesses though 24/7 service support isn’t a feature of the operation, but the processes in the business are carried out is still crucial.
