The warehouse had limited access and accessibility. Making life more difficult was the increased demand and faster turnarounds that customers needed.
With high demand and a congested workspace the company needed to improve this part of the operations. Taking a review of the access points, the stored materials and the warehouse layout we arrived at revised layout overcoming these problems. This not only reduced access times, but freed up space to move more work through the facilty.

Our project was a process review - a through and detailed investigation of our systems. Advent Management's was report thorough, and delivered ahead of the agreed deadline.
The review project focussed on the systems functions and the managment processes for our people management business. It provided us the information to create a clear path for future strategic developments.

Driving Further Improvements
Taking a business–oriented approach we were able to identify processes which were good, which needed improvements and those that could be removed.
Not only that, through a consultative approach with Advent we developed our own capabilities in terms of a 'process perspective' about how we do things.
